- You are a qualified care assistant and work, or want to work, as a self-employed professional
- You want to set your own working rhythm, in tune with your life
- You have a warm heart for people and value real, personal care
- You are caring, reliable and like structure with room for humanity
- Experience in home care is a plus, but not required
What will you be doing?
As an independent care assistant with one of our partners, you provide personal care in people’s homes every day in Ostend, Bredene and Middelkerke. From a calm start to the day in Bredene to the lively centre of Ostend — every morning you bring structure, warmth and attention.
- You provide personal care: help with washing, dressing, mobility and comfort
- You support daily activities and promote your clients’ independence
- You work closely with the nurses and other care partners on your round
- You report simply and clearly through our digital platform
- You take part in team meetings and training whenever you wish
What you don’t do: answer phones during care, pile up administration after your round or build your own client base. That’s our job. You’ve already done enough.
