- You are a qualified care assistant and work, or want to work, as a self-employed professional

- Experience in home care is a plus, but not required
What will you be doing?
As an independent care assistant with one of our partners, you head out every day to people’s homes in the Scheldekracht region. From the rural calm of Laarne and Wichelen to the more urban surroundings of Merelbeke and Wetteren — you bring quality, personal care close to home.
- You provide personal care: help with washing, dressing, mobility and comfort
- You support daily activities and promote your clients’ independence
- You work closely with the nurses and other care partners on your round
- You report simply and clearly through our digital platform
- You take part in team meetings and training whenever you wish
What you don’t do: make needless calls, hold endless meetings or lose your evenings to administration. In the Scheldekracht region we go for results, not side issues.
