You are a driven care assistant with your feet in the clay — figuratively, that is, because the Schelde-Leie region is thankfully very pleasant. You fit that picture perfectly.
- You are a qualified care assistant and work, or want to work, as a self-employed professional
- You want to set your own working rhythm, in tune with your life
- You have a warm heart for people and value real, personal care
- You are caring, reliable and like structure with room for humanity
- Experience in home care is a plus, but not required
What will you be doing?
As an independent care assistant with one of our partners, you head out every day to people’s homes in the Schelde-Leie region. From the rural calm of Nazareth-De Pinte to the charming villa neighbourhoods of Sint-Martens-Latem — you bring not only care, but also a familiar face and a listening ear.
- You provide personal care: help with washing, dressing, mobility and comfort
- You support daily activities and promote your clients’ independence
- You work closely with the nurses and other care partners on your round
- You report simply and clearly through our digital platform
- You take part in team meetings and training whenever you wish
What you don’t do: handle phone calls during care, look for your own clients or spend your evenings on paperwork. The Leie is calling — and rightly so.
