Who are we looking for?
You are a driven care assistant who loves working independently in daily care in people’s homes. - You are a qualified care assistant and work, or want to work, as a self-employed professional

- Experience in home care is a plus, but not required — your passion counts at least as much
What will you be doing?
As an independent care assistant with one of our partners, you head out every day to people’s homes along the East Coast — from the charming neighbourhoods of Bruges via the cosy streets of Blankenberge to the villas of Knokke. You bring not only care, but also a familiar face at the moments people need it most.
- You provide personal care: help with washing, dressing, mobility and comfort
- You support daily activities and promote your clients’ independence
- You work closely with the nurses and other care partners on your round
- You report simply and clearly through our digital platform
- You take part in team meetings and training whenever you wish
What you don’t do: handle phone calls on the road, go looking for new clients or lose your evenings to administration. That time is yours — and the seawall is just a stone’s throw away.
